Combustion Management System

COMBUSTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The main cause of the problem with combustion loss in boilers is the “non-uniform O2/fuel ratio”. Thanks to the use of the combustion management system with O2/CO trim, which continuously optimizes the O2/fuel ratio; combustion quality can be kept at optimum level automatically without being affected too much by internal and external conditions.

In combustion management systems, the adjustment in the fuel/air mixture is carried out by supplying the combustion cell with air and fuel in appropriate amounts by using the controller in the air fan flap and the fuel flow. Thanks to the flue gas sensor and transmitter mounted on the flue, the amount of O2 (oxygen) and CO (carbon monoxide) in the flue gas is measured, and flue gas measurements are made continuously and automatically; Oxygen, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide values, flue gas temperature and combustion efficiency are constantly monitored, and the effects of possible changes in fuel characteristics and outside weather conditions can be prevented by the system's automatic intervention in the fuel/air setting. In addition, when frequency converter burner fans are added to the system, savings in fan energy consumption are also achieved, full combustion is achieved through precise and proportional control, increasing boiler efficiency and fuel savings.

In this direction, using the O2 / CO trim controlled combustion system, the air/fuel mixing process will be carried out with a system that can update itself instantly and automatically, independently of the operator's initiative, through the sensor placed only in the flue gas. In this way, high energy savings and reduction in emission value will be achieved.
